EARLY DEPARTURES
The hotel is entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay.

 

SMOKING PROHIBITION

Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the hotel, including the rooms (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03).
Guests are kindly requested to use the common area of ​​the hotel or the balconies to smoke.

The right to protection of personal data of each customer is guaranteed by compliance with the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 regulation.

By phone or email;
Online: you can book through the online booking on our website or on the portals where our accommodation facility is listed.

 

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days before arrival, no penalties apply.

If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% applies.

If the cancellation occurs after the above limit or in the event of a no-show, a penalty of 100% applies.
